Myrtle Beach

Grandma Melody and Grandpa Al
aka Grandma and Grandpa Williamson

This post is not for the faint of heart (probably why it has taken me so long to post it! Well, that and the lost thumb drive).

Loads of pictures.

Few words.

Love this family!
Aimee and Jacob
The whole crew
front row: Lizzie, Grandma Mar, Sara, Grandpa Jim, Ian, Grandpa Al, Grandma Melody
middle row: Michael, Sumali (Bouathong's neice), Talei, Noah
back row: David, Aimee, Jacob, Stephanie, Clark, Sylom, Bouathong, David, Clara, Leah, Chris, Sage
Clara and Dave, newlyweds of 18 months or so.

Sylom

Celebrating Sylom's birthday early...like 6 months or so!

Playing Power Grid, Chris' favorite game. Guess who one? Yep, me. First time ever playing and I beat out Chris. Although Chris conveniently denies all memory of that. I may have to let him get it after all:)

There was some mini golfing.

Lots of baby holding! I know I wouldn't enjoy vacation quite as much with out all those wonderful aunts and grandparents willing to help out so much with the kids! Thanks, guys!

A long day of traveling will get you tired eyes and a big diaper! And a houseful of family!

For the kids, long intervals between get-togethers means getting reacquainted with aunts, uncles and cousins.

FHE was music themed and we got a wonderful display of talents!

Grandma helped some old lady friends clean out their houses and brought all the loot as "prizes" for the great-grand kids to take turns picking through in a white elephant game manner.

Sage was sick virtually the whole week. She slept and wanted to be held all the time and had the worst fever. I know she was quite miserable most of the time. (The rash came after we got home-diagnosis: Roseola.)
But finally, on the last full day there she perked up a bit as her fever went down and we went to the kiddie pools at the the condo where Grandma Mar and Grandpa Jim were staying. She was all decked out and ready for a good time!

Can't forget your sunscreen!

We were so happy that Grandpa Jim was there and feeling pretty good.
This was the smallest I saw the shoe pile all week!

Despite Sage being sick we had a wonderful time. Visiting with family always puts things in perspective-what is really important. We are so happy that each of our siblings, parents and grandparents are putting their families and the Lord first. It is truly a blessing!

We all want to be the Williamsons Forever!

Fun! You'll have to sit down with me while you're here and set me straight and show me which kids fit with which family.
